Bainbridge Island Japanese American Community (BIJAC) will have a stall at our first night market to make origami cranes and share the story of "Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes."

BIJAC’s mission is to preserve the rich history and culture of Japanese Americans of Bainbridge Island and support education and community outreach that fosters a deep appreciation for diversity, justice, and the need for vigilant protection of our civil and constitutional rights.⁠
